A Day at the Beach

Today after preschool, Colin and I headed for Doran Beach. It was cloudy and a bit cold here in Santa Rosa, but when we got to the beach, we were pleasantly surprised. It was about 5 degrees warmer, no wind and the tide was way far out. We had an amazing time chasing the waves and we even found two sanddollars. Colin had a great time playing in the tidepools; because it was low tide, they were way up on the beach, so we only had to "suit up" when we went down where the waves were coming in.
