Friday night we had a nice visit with Jill, Lisa, Josh, Matt, Beth (sis in law to be) and Jack who were all down here for their family reunion in Rohnert Park.
Saturday we went out to Bennett Valley Golf Course to hit some balls on the driving range. This is one of Colin's favorite pass times of late. He really nails it out there too. I've been shootin' some balls out there too, clearing the 100 yard flag. I'm sure I'm no Tigress Woods, but that's pretty good for someone whose never played before.
Today Colin and I met his friend from school and his mom at the Sebastopol Apple Fair at Ragle Ranch Park. We had a blast riding the "barrel train", pulled by a tractor and riding in the horse drawn buggy "hayride". Colin and Vijay made some great artwork with glue and various materials such as feathers, felt, sparklies aka sequins.
We say cousin Sean there who was taking pictures for Farm Trails. I think he slyly got some of Colin and the horses. If Colin notices your taking a picture of him, then he sticks his fingers up his nose or makes funny 3 year old faces. Ahhh...the joys of boyhood.
This picture is of Colin doing his best impression of a rooster head in the bath.

What a cutie! Oh, I wish we made it to the Apple Fair! We almost came down this weekend, bummer. :)
