This is the lot we're looking to build on.....winter view. 2 acres with beautiful views of the mountains. My mom used to live right next door, so we know the area well. Tons of hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, not to mention world class fly fishing on Hat Creek (for the fisherman in you).
Alex's grandmother Doris used to teach school at the Hat Creek School and I think one of her sons was born nearby. So there's a lot of history here for both Alex and myself.
