This past Thursday and Friday Colin and I went to Monterey with our friends Carie and her daughter Grace. We had such a fabulous time at the aquarium and we stayed at this wonderful place in Pacific Grove called the Sea Breeze Inn & Cottages. We really were impressed with our family friendly cottage. This place was nicely decorated, had a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full kitchen and living area. What a deal for around $100. Bonus!!!
In addition to visiting the Monterey Bay Aquarium, we also went to the Monarch Butterfly Preserve. The kids enjoyed seeing the Monarchs that had landed on the ground.
