Colin has started his 2nd year of pre-school, now attending 5 mornings per week. He's in a new classroom with the 3 to 6 year olds (the class combines pre-school and Kindergarten) and has a new teacher, Miss Jeanette. He's really enjoying the new challenges and lessons. This month they're learning about dinosaurs and reptiles. He's coming home singing a bunch of new songs. I like the one called Tiny Tim about the turtle in the bathtub. Super cute. Papa Jack discovered that Colin can write all the letters of his name. At two, I think that's pretty amazing stuff.
As promised I've uploaded the pictures from our trip to Welches, Oregon (near Mt.Hood). Also included are some pictures of Colin and one of his best buddies, Logan. Logan used to live right behind us, but recently moved to Sebastopol. We don't see them as much, but when we do the boys have a great time.
Along with Colin, I am also starting back to school to pursue a degree in Nursing. I will begin on Monday with a pre-req (Anthropology). So....in about 4 years, I should be done.

naomi! this is so exciting! when did you decide on nursing? you know, kim is taking pre-reqs for nursing too! very proud that you're taking classes!
I had forgotten you told me about Kim's nursing plan. That's SO cool! This semester is Anthropology. Next semester is Biology and Chemistry. I can apply Fall 2008 for Fall 2009 starting the 2 year program at SRJC.
